Credit to the owner of this clean classic. P type Lea Francis exhausts are hardly available as an off the shelf product, so we were given the opportunity to help our customer complete his complete exhaust system from the bottom flange on the original manifold. Having a large range of unique stainless laser cut flanges had its benefits as we were able to locate one that was an exact fit to the 3 bolt triangular flange on the 3 branch manifold.

Operating using our in-house CNC Mandrel bender we fabricated the downpipe using a single section of 38mm stainless t304 by placing an assortment of mandrel bends with a tighter than normal radius of 57mm CLR to help clear the magneto and the chassis.  The remainder of the system was made and complimented with one of our spun style classic silencers and finished with bespoke handmade mounts.  Satisfaction has a domino effect and we aim to be a start, to say the least our customer base grows by the happy customers that go out of our doors.
